What the people doing the work need
- A timer that runs the moment they click it.
- No forms standing between them and the work.
- Corrections made in place, in seconds.
About Tickr
We built Tickr out of frustration with trackers that slow teams down. We needed agency time tracking software with friction-free time entry: something managers could trust and creators wouldn't hate using.
A self-contained place of work with its own people, projects, settings and time.
Time never crosses between workspaces. Every screen, total and report answers for one workspace.
The tension we solve
Every tracker we used picked one side. Tickr is built around the moment where the two sides meet: START belongs to the person doing the work. STOP belongs to the data.
Our philosophy
Starting a timer should take 0 seconds. We enforce workspace rules, tags, and required fields when you STOP—never when you start.
Agencies and studios manage different clients with different rules. Time in Tickr is strictly isolated by workspace—data never leaks across boundaries.
Your time data belongs to you. Every report, filtering combination, and log can be exported instantly to CSV, Excel, or PDF.
Product & engineering
Technical transparency matters when you trust a tool with billable hours. This is what Tickr runs on.
Team & mission
We are a remote-first team of engineers and designers based around Surat, Gujarat, India. We track our own client work in Tickr, so every rule in the product is one we live with.
Our mission: managers get data they can invoice from, and the people doing the work never wait on a form to start.
Timer, data model, workspace isolation, exports.
The instrument UI, in-place editing, the STOP flow.
Onboarding, workspace setup, migration help.
Tickr is free for every user. No credit card required.
